Legal documents
These terms set out the ground rules for using the WeiShen website and for ordering the audit documentation and compliance services of Changchun Weishen Trading Co., Ltd. By reading these pages, sending a message through the contact form or engaging a service, you agree to the terms written below. Please read them fully before you rely on any service described on the site.

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Changchun Weishen Trading Co., Ltd. for the use of the website at www.weishen.hair and for the services offered through it. When you first send an enquiry through the contact form, you indicate that you accept these terms and agree to act in line with them.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are free to leave the website and to choose another documentation provider. Simply reading the pages does not bind you to any further obligation. Obligations begin, in general, only when you instruct us to begin work as described in the proposal section below.
The services described on this website are developed and operated by the developer WeiShen, who maintains the software, the records system and the review methods that the desk uses every day. The actual services are provided under the responsibility of Changchun Weishen Trading Co., Ltd., a company sitting at Rm 418 Zone A, No. 306 South Hutong, Huguang Road, Chaoyang District, Changchun - 130000, China (CN).
When these terms refer to the desk, to we, to us or to the company, they mean Changchun Weishen Trading Co., Ltd. and the people who work under its instruction. The company carries out the assembly of supplier audit documentation, import compliance filing, trade contract review support, quality control inspection reports, customs paperwork assembly and record retention systems for businesses whose shipments ask for order on paper.
The core of what the company does can be described as the organised care of paperwork. Each engagement is fixed in writing before it begins, and every engagement shares the same honest promise: we will not promise a specific outcome, such as a guaranteed customs release or a guaranteed contract win, because those outcomes sit in the hands of bodies we do not control.
What we do promise is careful work. We promise to assemble the documents you provide into an ordered file, to check the file against the rule that started the job, to keep the records for the retention period we agree, and to hand the file over with a plain written review note that says what is complete and what remains open. The value of the service lies in that discipline, not in a verbal guarantee of a result that belongs to the authority who ultimately decides.
You must be at least eighteen years old and legally able to enter into a contract before you place an order. Where you order services on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business and that the business accepts these terms as its own.
We reserve the right to decline an engagement without giving a reason, and we may decline outright a request that appears to seek help with unlawful trade, goods that are prohibited under any applicable law, or documents that we reasonably believe to be false. A careful documentation firm gains nothing from helping a file tell a story that the facts do not support.
The quality of a records file depends greatly on the material that reaches the desk. In every engagement you agree to supply complete and accurate information and documents, to let us know promptly when a shipment, a supplier or a contract changes, and to answer reasonable questions that we put to you during the work.
You also agree not to ask us to prepare or present any document that you know, or have strong reason to believe, is false, forged or intended to mislead an authority, a buyer or an insurer. Where law or good sense require a particular document or signature from your side, you agree to provide it within the time agreed so that the file can move forward.
Every engagement begins with a written proposal. The proposal names the matter, lists the documents or records involved, describes the work we will do, states the fee and sets the expected timetable. Work begins only after you accept the proposal, usually by a written confirmation or by the payment arrangement set out in that document.
If the work turns out to be larger than the proposal described, because new shipments appear, new suppliers join or new authorities demand extra filing, we will send you a revised scope of work before taking on the extra task. You are never charged for work you did not approve, and we do not quietly stretch a small proposal into a large invoice.
Fees for each engagement are set out in the proposal and are quoted in the currency named there. Unless the proposal says otherwise, the fee covers the defined scope only, and any travel, translation, courier or authority fees that arise from your specific matter are shown separately so that you can see exactly what each part costs.
Invoices are payable by the date and method set out on the invoice. If a payment is late, we may pause work on that file until the overdue amount is settled, and we will tell you clearly when we do so. Amounts due under these terms are stated without tax; any applicable tax is added at the rate that applies to your matter and is shown on the invoice.
On completion of a defined engagement, we deliver the agreed file in an orderly form. A file normally includes the assembled documents in date order, an index or cover sheet that lets you find any page you need, and a written review note that marks which items are closed and which remain open.
A delivered file is prepared for the purpose named in the proposal and for your use in that matter. It is not prepared for a different purpose, a different jurisdiction or a different buyer, and it should not be presented as though it bore a wider authority than the one stated on its cover. If a later matter needs the file to be adapted, we will treat that as a new scope rather than pretend the old file can stand in for it.
The materials that pass between you and the desk, including supplier files, contracts, shipment details and inspection results, are treated as confidential. We use that information only for the engagement that brought it to us and for the record keeping that the law or the service requires, and we disclose it only as described in the Privacy Policy.
This duty of confidence does not apply where information is already public for reasons other than a breach of duty, where the law demands its disclosure, or where a court or an authority acting lawfully requests it. When more than one party shares an interest in a file, we hold the file for the client who engaged us unless we have written direction from all those who must agree.
The content and structure of the WeiShen website, including its reports, its review methods and the design of its records system, are the property of Changchun Weishen Trading Co., Ltd. and the developer WeiShen. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of that property to you.
When we deliver a file, you receive the assembled documents and any work product created for you in that matter, and you may use that file for the purpose named in the proposal. You may not resell the underlying templates or review tools, copy them as your own service, or pass them to a rival provider as though they were yours to license.
The desk assembles and checks the paperwork it is given. A compliance file is only ever as strong as the source documents inside it, and our checking is designed to catch gaps, misfiled pages and missing signatures, not to invent facts or to certify the truth of a factory in another country that we did not ourselves inspect.
In short, we aim to be accurate and to say plainly when we cannot be sure. We do not overstate the certainty of a report, and a file that depends on facts we could not verify will carry a note naming that dependency rather than a silent assumption. Where the final release, approval or clearance rests with a regulator or buyer, the outcome remains in their hands and is not ours to promise.
To the fullest extent permitted by the law that governs these terms, Changchun Weishen Trading Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss that is not a reasonably foreseeable result of a breach of these terms, nor for any indirect or consequential loss such as lost profit, lost opportunity or damage to reputation, however it arises.
Our total liability, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, for any single engagement shall not exceed the amount you paid for that engagement. Nothing in this section limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. This section is written to be read and enforced per section rather than as a blanket that swallows every rule around it.
You agree to hold Changchun Weishen Trading Co., Ltd. and the developer WeiShen harmless from and against claims, costs and losses that arise because you supplied us false or forged documents, asked us to act outside the agreed scope, or used a delivered file for a purpose the proposal did not authorise.
This responsibility does not excuse us from our own duty to refuse obviously improper work, and you are not expected to be the only guard at the gate. But where a claim comes to us solely through your own misconduct, we look to you to carry the weight of it, because a records firm that files honest documents must not become the fallback for a dishonest instruction.
Our team organises records and reviewers think clearly about them, but we are not a law firm and this service is not a formal legal or customs advisory product. The pages of this website describe documentation and compliance practice; they do not constitute legal advice for your specific transaction, and you should not rely on them as a substitute for advice from a professional who is properly admitted where your matter sits.
Where your transaction genuinely needs a local lawyer, a licenced customs broker or a registered trademark professional, we will say so and, if you wish, point you toward the kind of adviser who holds the right standing. Recommending the right expert is honest service; pretending to be that expert is not.
You may use this website to read its content, to understand the services and to contact the desk. You may not use the site in a way that overloads or harms its systems, attempts to break into parts it does not open to you, scrapes its content in bulk for resale, or sends the desk abusive, unlawful or automated messages intended to mislead.
We are happy to receive genuine, even challenging, professional questions through the contact form. We are not an open forum, and messages that amount to advertising, fraud attempts or harassment are refused without argument. Each use of these pages should carry the same respect that a visitor to an office in Changchun would show at the door.
You may end an engagement at any time by written notice. If you do, you pay for the work completed up to the point of notice and for any costs already committed on your matter. We may pause or end a file if you materially break these terms, if you fail to pay on time, or if continuing the work would risk putting us in the path of unlawful activity.
On the ending of an engagement, whether by completion or by notice, we return the file layout to its owner in the normal way and close the records in line with the retention rules that govern the matter. Ending an agreement does not close the duties that were meant to survive it, such as the duty of confidence and the limits on liability set out above.
These terms are governed by the laws of China, without regard to any conflict of law rules that would choose a different law. The parties seek first to resolve any difference by good faith, in writing and without unnecessary delay, because most file disputes are disputes about a missing page that a clear letter can settle.
Where a formal action is unavoidable, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Changchun, China, for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms. If you are a consumer whose region grants you rights that cannot be waived by agreement to a foreign court, those rights continue to apply to you and we do not take them from you.
Notices about an engagement should be sent to the email address that appears on the proposal, and notices of a general or legal nature may be sent to wsjndfs@weishen.hair or by post to Rm 418 Zone A, No. 306 South Hutong, Huguang Road, Chaoyang District, Changchun - 130000, China (CN). A notice is treated as given on the day it is sent if sent on a business day before 18:00, and otherwise on the next business day.
We will usually reach you at the email address you gave us at the start of the engagement, so please keep that address current. Where something important is at stake, we may also try to reach you by the telephone number you supplied, such as your own line rather than our office line of +18067153690.
These terms may be revised as the services and the law evolve. When a change is material, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where a change affects an existing engagement, we will tell you before it takes effect so that you have the chance to review it.
If a revised term is not acceptable to you for work we have yet to begin, you may decline the new engagement and no further obligation arises. For work already under way, the revised terms will apply upon the notice date unless you and we agree otherwise in writing, and continued work after that date means you accept the revised terms for the remaining file.
If you have a question about anything in these terms, about a proposal, about confidentiality or about a clause that reads like it is meant for someone else, ask us before you sign rather than after. A five minute conversation at the start of a file prevents a five week argument at its end.
You can reach the team at Changchun Weishen Trading Co., Ltd. by email at wsjndfs@weishen.hair or by telephone at +18067153690, or in writing at Rm 418 Zone A, No. 306 South Hutong, Huguang Road, Chaoyang District, Changchun - 130000, China (CN). The whole of these terms can be closed in one sentence: they call for honest files, careful paperwork and respectful conduct, and every review we complete for you follows exactly those lines.
